Free U.S. shipping

Every order ships free to addresses in the United States. No minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days after processing. Large items such as furniture may take longer. Items in the same order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Holiday orders

Carriers are busier during the holidays. For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, please contact us and we'll help.
