30-Day Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every piece from Royal by JC. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to let us know.
How to start a return
Please contact our support team before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return and the reason. We'll reply with next steps and, if a return is needed, the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice. In many cases you won't need to send the item back.
Changed your mind
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a trackable shipping service. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund for the item price.
Items we can't accept back
- Items that have been used, assembled, damaged after delivery or are missing parts or packaging.
- Large furniture (such as beds and tables) can only be returned if it arrives damaged or defective.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible.
